Highly, highly recommended! Complete packing materials were provided in advance. Graham, Matt, and Ian moved all our stuff from A to B quickly and safely with smiles on their faces throughout. Instructions on where to put furniture in the new place were followed precisely. Extremely pleased with the service!

From start to finish, Richard, Roy, Michael and Brendan have been fantastic! From Richard coming to give us a quote to any queries we had with Roy in the office they were friendly, professional and responsive. The pack up and loading of the van went smoothly. Michael and Brendan arrived in Norwich in good spirits despite the rain. Everything arrived at our new home in the same order it left our home in St Albans. We recently moved house using The Small Removal Co, the completion time (when we got keys) was very late in the day, 5pm, and I felt pressure from the removals company with several calls chasing for an update. I eventually promised to pay more money to complete the job. Even then comments like "are we having fun yet" between the removals team and other “under the breath comments” did not leave us feeling valued for our business. They offloaded the van as quickly as they could, and I spend days afterwards moving boxes in the garage. A few of the removal team were very nice and polite, but a few were very negative, we did not enjoy the experience at all. My suggestion is to get another company to do your move, this only added stress on an already stressful day.

I was left in the lurch by my sofa delivery company who refused to try and get the sofa up my stairs. I had called 6-7 other firms that said it would be days or a week before they could help, called Richard within an hour he had his team here and they had the sofa in place in less than 20 min, really friendly service would definitely recommend and use them again. Moved my parents (in their 90's) from central London to Harpenden and they were fantastic throughout. They were careful with the packing and moving including some delicate antiques, but also gave friendly attention to my parents so they were not getting stressed. After the move I got a refund of over £1,000 as it took less time than estimated. I would highly recommend them for the quality and care of their service.
