A very disappointing experience. Glen has cut my hair on many occasions but the last two occasions I have had to wait way beyond my appointment time. Also the cuts have been interrupted by phone calls & chats between barbers. I won’t return which is a shame because he is a quite good at cutting hair.

As a new customer Glenn took care of me, listened to what I wanted and the process felt looked after. Happy customer!

Good haircut, but I left the shop disappointed by the quality of the beard trim… Felt too quick and missing the basics of beard trim. No product was applied before the beard shaping and I was left with a scratch on my right cheek. I had great expectation for this shop… - Update - I got contacted by the shop and they immediately apologised for what happened. Honestly, I didn’t expected it. They managed to fix the beard trim and changed my mood.

Definitely the best barbers in Harpenden. Glenn gave me an excellent trim and treated me brilliantly. He was kind and accommodating which was a trend with other customers too.
