Callum has been a great physiotherapist for me. He takes the time to explain in detail what are the issues I'm having and the exercise routines he creates for me. I am very happy with the results so far and I can see how I'm increasingly getting stronger!

Firstly, Jael is an absolutely brilliant physiotherapist. She helped me a lot during my sessions for whiplash. She is an expert in her field. I will always recommend her if you need a great specialist. However, the way her management treated me was very unpleasant, and because of this, I will not go back to Action again. I was using AXA to cover my session. There was some issue with payment for one of my sessions - Admin's issue. The manager of the Action did not let me explain the issue and did not give me time to contact Axa - she cancelled the session without even reaching me and asking for explanation regarding the invoice - I have been their customer for more than 4 months, and in the end, I have been treated like a criminal. I was in severe pain, and she did not even let me sort out the issue with Axa's Admin. I have paid off the session from my pocket to finish this and do not need to deal with Tambu anymore.

Jael is highly recommended as a physio. She's hugely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my knee. She prescribed exercises for the following week, then altered these each week to further address the underlying issue. Shortly after, I was pain free and with her guidance the knee strengthened and returned to normal. She's very competent, reliable and attentive. Highly recommended.

I came to Tambu at Action Harpenden Physio 12 years ago on the strong recommendation of a consultant at the Spire after an invisible but nasty condition called ehlers danlos syndrome had basically baffled the nation's medical profession for 20 years and led to my going 4 times under the knife and ending up a mess of wasted muscles and semi dislocations. Tambu diagnosed the EDS on my 2nd appointment, guided and supported me to meeting with the top National Health Service team in the United Kingdom for the condition, and taught me the exercises - the tools - to manage my condition and stay away from surgeons. I check in once a month to put things back where they should be (and appointments are always running on time btw) and she always finds a way to see me in a true emergency. In short, Tambu has literally given me my life back. I walk miles, I swim, I do weights, I practice t'ai chi. I have fun!
Make no mistake ladies and gentlemen: if you're told to do your exercises on faith you have to do them, even while you spend the first 3 months seeing nothing much happening and wondering what on earth you signed up for. There's no free path to pain-free. But have a little trust and work with Tambu and her amazing team at Action Harpenden Physiotherapy and they'll turn your life right around. Thank you guys. From the bottom of my heart.

Jael Muzzi is a great Physiotherapist, who helped to relieve my back pain, through treatment and exercises. She explains how and why we are doing the exercises exceptionally clearly and provides great follow up emails with very detailed instructions on exercises. Highly recommended.

Tambu is an absolutely brilliant physio and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
Appointments are well run (and on time) and the feedback on progress is balanced and useful.
There is never any sense of judgement and she has a good understanding of long term conditions and the impacts that they can have on both the physical and mental level.

Excellent experience with Action Harpenden Physio Jael in helping my recovery from a calf injury. Great advice throughout, programmes emailed to me every week and even email advice between appointments when I aggravated my injury. Appointment availability was good as was location. Thanks!

Highly recommended! Tambu goes above and beyond what you would expect from a physio. She helped me with long-standing balance and musculoskeletal issues, and supported me through a holistic overview of lifestyle changes to ensure long-term recovery. She does an excellent follow-up, is very thorough, friendly, and supportive. Thank you Tambu!
