Glyn Jnr could not have been more helpful in helping me purchase a special gift for my partner. Despite the short time scale he was able to complete a bespoke order to my exact requirements. Glyn’s knowledge was really good and he was extremely patient while I was choosing. If you are wanting to purchase a piece of jewellery, go to this wonderful independent jeweller and you will not be disappointed.

I only ever leave reviews when the experience has been great. I’m afraid I have to make an exception this time. Really awful service. I was told to bring back gift if it turned out to be unwanted. Unlike every other shop in the world when the item was not desired, (and returned the same day within hours) they said they would only provide a credit note. When challenged, they said “we’ve never given a refund in 43 years”. No idea whether this is a lie or not but don’t see how it is legal. I now have a credit note for a shop I will never set foot in again. I really don’t like doing this to a small business but they don’t deserve your custom.

A great business good customer service, took two of my watches there to be repaired. Didn’t take long and was able to get them back the same day.

I am over the moon with my bespoke engagement ring. Glyn Jnr went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect combination of colourful gemstones together and delivered the ring in a timely nature. It was a really fun experience as he allowed me to try on a whole range of ring types and budgets until we narrowed down what we liked the best and found something truly special. I was so impressed and inspired by his knowledge of stones and metals and it was lovely to go local to support a family-run, independent jeweller. I can’t thank them enough!

Fantastic, expert family jewellers. Having lost my Mum recently I needed an expert jeweller local to me to repair and alter some very sentimental pieces of jewellery so I could wear them and keep her close. Glynn understood immediately how important this was to me and I’m so pleased with the service I’ve received. I feel confident knowing these irreplaceable pieces are in such expert and caring hands. There aren’t many traditional expert jewellers left who really understand the craft of making, maintaining and repairing jewellery rather than just selling it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else now.

My partner and I have visited Glyn Griffiths Jewellers on several occasions now. They are a fantastic family-run business who go above and beyond to accommodate any requests. They have resized both our engagement rings and cleaned them with the upmost care and attention. The rings came back with such a sparkle! They have also fixed a tiny gold change necklace and managed to remove an incredibly tight knot! It is the only jewellers we feel comfortable leaving our sentimental jewellery with, knowing they will take exceptional care of it and return it in a perfect condition. I highly recommend Glyn Griffith jewellers, a fantastic team who give great advice and very knowledgeable. I had my wedding and engagement ring cleaned and polished and a new diamond put into my engagement ring. They have done an amazing job that I did not even recognise my own rings when I collected them they look brand new. I definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you to the team.

Really unhappy with so called repairs. Took 2 silver bracelets in to have the clasps replaced, neither were soldered on, so can't see how they are secure. They wanted an extra £40 on top of the £35 I had already paid. Extortionate cost. I do not recommend. So much for quality .......5 months later, this is one of the clasps. Absolute rubbish.
