Lewis was an absolute gem all afternoon, really attentive, friendly and went that extra mile with customer service, which has you leaving with a smile. The beef roast is lush- served pink, French martini is delicious

Delayed by trains twice this week. Went in twice as closest pub. Same young lady served me. No what can I get you and even worse no thank you..just walked off after card payment both times. Poor!

The mains came out cold. The staff took them back, then brought them out cold again. The starters were fine, but they still charged for everything even after the issues with the mains. You expect basic care when you eat out, and this place missed the mark. I will not return. Don't waste your time

Both my mum and I had a lovely meal the staff were very attentive.... I've been to the arms over the years and the standard is much better... We definitely will be back and we have booked our Christmas dinner on Christmas Day...

Lovely cosy pub with great decor and friendly staff. There’s a good range of drinks from the well stocked bar and the cosy armchairs are a delight to relax in. Late afternoon it was a peaceful retreat and I’ll certainly be returning for a drink.

Booked my birthday party here after being let down by another venue and it was the best result! The staff are wonderful and really quick to answer email queries, I went to visit the space with my Mum and a friend on two separate occasions and the staff were happy to oblige with that as long as another booking wasn't in. The team on the night were really accommodating and made the night a real success! Thank you so much, I've recommended it as a venue to friends and family. Will also be back for their delicious food as we got small plates to tide us over between setting up and the party and they were YUM!

Came here for Sunday Roast with friends over the August Bank Holiday weekend. A light, airy, very well appointed pub with a nice feel about the place. Good drinks selection, everyone enjoyed the food, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hadn’t been here for approximately five years, but far better now than how I remember it. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Fuller’s pub in middle of town. Happy and friendly staff. Nice decor - modern but comfortable and not fussy. Enjoy a good pint of Frontier!! 🍺
