Avoid at all costs! Had an installation from these guys at my commercial property, boiler was installed poorly and not upto regulations. Council inspection failed it. Had to get someone else to re-do it, contacted KTH numerous times to which there has been no reply. Very rude over the phone i was even threatened by a member of staff. Authorities have been informed.

Super service as ever. On time, courteous efficient and reasonably priced.

Telephoned three various plumbing companies at six in the evening and left messages. I had an emergency, water coming through the bathroom ceiling. All three companies were advertising a 24 hr service. Two contacted me that evening and a company came at 6.30am the following morning, the leak was dealt with, the ceiling is drying out. However KTH Services did not respond for two days via a text. Why advertise a 24hr service when you don't provide one? KTH came recommended but I won't be using them in the future.
