The worst customer service I have ever received. I was making one very simple return as the stitching had come away from my daughters extremely over priced £45 school dress. The woman started to argue it was still wearable and she would not issue a refund. (Old woman with blonde hair and wore glasses) Moaned huffed and puffed then asked another sales advisor to do the refund. I absolutely hate having to shop at Stevensons. I prefer to Shop at John lewis who offer the same products like dresses cardigans and polo tops for a normal fair price.

Tiny little shop, only handful of people in store at one time can be hard to park close to it. Staff are friendly. Annoying that it randomly closed on a Wednesday. Don't have a large stock of clothing Instore. I now order online and pick up instore.

Seem to have been taken by surprise that kids go back to school in September and they'll need uniform in time for that. Ordered months ago and orders still not here. Sizing on website is simply wrong and as a result having to phone orders through. Sizing of 9-10 (32") nowhere near correct. Currently on the biggest size and our son only at the start of Y5 - no idea what uniform he'll be able to get when he grows out of these. Thought Price & Buckland were bad, but Stevensons, you're doing a good job of being worse than them.
