I waited for over a week before writing this review. I had gels done and my nails look beautiful. I had a lovely chat with I think the owner of the business talking about different cultures and food while having my nails done. Pleasant environment, reasonable price, lovely tea. Quick service too. My nails look great after 10 days.

The best salon in the region, they always take care of me! Due to the nature of my job I require a high level of care and attention to detail for my nails and they always meet my standards. Everyone I encountered during my service was so lovely and welcoming, would 100% recommend.

The staff here are absolutely lovely, they always provide the best service. I have never had any problems with this place and I would definitely recommend this salon!

Staff are friendly and wait times are almost none (holiday time busier) offer teas and coffee, as for the nails they never disappoint always beautiful and have many options for colour and design, very reasonable price.

I’ve only been here twice but both times i’ve loved the outcome! I cant remember the name of my technician but he gave me such gorgeous nails and i’m obsessed. Services: Nail extensions, Nail painting, Acrylic nails, Nail cut & filing

Gel nails chipped within a week and uneven. I asked for acrylic was told to get gel as it would last I feel like they only told me to do this as they had too many clients and not enough staff even though I booked. I always get my nails done in Luton and they last for weeks but due to convince I thought I’d try this salon and my nails are all chipped. On holiday and have horrible chipped nails. Emailed them they haven’t even bothered to get back to me. The French tip was also uneven as you can see from the photos. Not all fingers were the same thickness

Really disappointed with my nails both times I have been they fell off in less than a week and the nails done diferente shapes and sizes

Currently having a pedicure. Having tried a few other places around Hitchin and Harpenden, I can confidently say this will become my go-to salon. The therapists are so friendly, welcoming, and skilled. They take really good care of clients and the treatment itself is bliss. Had been going for months but, unfortunately, this had to be the last time. While you can still get nicely done manicure if you’re lucky enough to be assigned to a good specialist, I was not and encountered this for the 2nd time already. I walked out from the salon with uneven layering, different shape and length on each nail and manicure that looks like was done 2 weeks ago instead of 10 minutes ago. After getting a second opinion, called back to the salon to ask for a refund. I was told that is not possible but after a consideration was promised to receive a callback from a manager. It goes to say that the call never came and will be looking for a new salon tomorrow to fix it. Besides that, the staff is very welcoming and polite, however, that does not outweigh the service provided.

They will offer you a tea and keep you warm during cold days! Staff is nice and polite! You can get you pedicure done in one of the massage 💆‍♀️ chairs to keep yourself relaxed! The choice of colours is limited but the have the most popular ones in their palette.
