Charlotte is such a great teacher. Even in a class of 10 she makes it personal and can really spot the small changes needed to make each of the moves more effective. Highly recommend her classes.

Charlotte is an excellent teacher, knowledgeable patient and helpful. I would recommend her classes to anyone who is wanting to learn or practice Pilates

Charlotte is very welcoming and a great Pilates instructor. She always ensures you are correctly doing the exercises and always encourages you to do what feels right for you. I love her classes.

Have been meaning to write this for months since I began attending Charlotte's Pilates classes - never too late.
Charlotte is an excellent teacher with great charm and a sense of humour.
In her classes she gives clear unhurried instructions, corrections and encouragement to get you through the exercises, at a pace that suits you. Each session is slightly different so various groups of muscles around the body and core are worked on.
I know her classes are helping me to keep flexible and I always feel much better after having one.

Charlotte is such a great find - her classes are set at a perfect pitch, friendly and relaxed yet she really knows her stuff and gently pushes us to achieve our best each week. With a great mix of humour and professional knowledge thrown in! I’ve noticed such an improvement with my balance and core strength which in turn helps general confidence :) Thank you Charlotte, I really look forward to our sessions each week.

Charlotte's Pilates Class on Monday morning is a fabulous start to my week. I joined her classes over three years ago and don't want to stop, ever! I feel more flexible and it has certainly strengthened my core. I am in my late 60's and couldn't recommend it more highly. Charlotte brings her own personality into the class, which makes the session fun but also challenging.

I started Pilates sessions with Charlotte a few years ago in order to keep my mobility, flexibility and balance as I get older. I thoroughly enjoy every session as Charlotte makes it challenging but relaxed. She has a great sense of humour, which is much needed when she has to look at our facial expressions after she has shown us a trickier movement! She ensures that every ability is catered for, gently encouraging correct positioning and sequence of movement. She explains how and why we are moving as well as breathing patterns.
I highly recommend Charlotte. I feel very comfortable in class and supported by her. She is an excellent Pilates instructor.

Charlotte works very hard to make sure everyone in the class gets the best out of themselves. An excellent teacher, with charm and empathy in equal measure. The classes are well structured and work on a variety of muscle groups. As well as improving core strength, you can improve balance, posture and coordination.

Charlotte is really friendly and knowledgeable - the sessions are perfectly graded according to ability. I had to miss this week's class but she sent me a recording of it which was so helpful. I was quite anxious about taking up Pilates as I've never done it before but I'm really enjoying the classes. Thanks so much Charlotte!

I cannot recommend Charlotte enough! All throughout our back4good programme she was kind, energetic, friendly, understanding and caring. I suffer with alot of movement troubles and with the help of Charlotte and her plan, i’m slowly building up muscles and strengths I havent had before! She has pushed me to do more and she is fantastic. Thank you Charlotte!
P.s. I think Daisy may have become a professional pilates dog by the end of it!
