Loans is a wonderful cleaning lady. She is punctual, reliable, professional and very polite. The house always looks so clean and smells lovely after she cleans it. I totally recommend her to anyone!😊

Absolutely impressed with Marzena. We took her on to cover our cleaner of 10+ years who was on maternity leave so it’s safe to say she had big, trusted shoes to fill. She was only supposed to be with us up until September but we were so impressed and liked her so much we decided we would keep her on AND our regular cleaner. Marzena will find ways to keep herself busy and doesn’t need to be asked. She’s very thorough, efficient and polite and if we ever find ourselves without our original cleaner we would gladly trust Marzena to fill that role with ease. We trust her and she has shown to be a person of high moral character and strong work ethic. Can’t recommend enough.

It has been 3 months since we first contacted TFY to find a cleaner, Sam & Amy responded to our enquiry very promptly & visited us to discuss requirements & provided honest feedback about time needed (suggested we had overestimated time required). They recommended Karen, who is absolutely lovely, has been 100% reliable & punctual, does a great job, asks for feedback and adapts her approach to meet the client's needs. This isn't easy when you are asked to do a standard clean & use your initiative for the remaining time, but Karen does so brilliantly & notices things I hadn't until after they'd been done. We couldn't ask for much more but our dog loves her too. I must give credit to Sam, Amy & TFY St Albans b/c the service delivered has exceeded our expectations & is a mile away from our disappointing & negative experience with a similar firm a few years ago.
