Having tried numerous Pilates instructors over the years with no results, feeling frustrated and disappointed with my experiences, I am very relieved to have finally found Antonella. She is extremely experienced and qualified and has a wealth of knowledge of the anatomy. Antonella’s classes are disciplined and very well-structured. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Antonella has been my instructor for over a year and the improvement in my flexibility, lumbar area, hips, core, increased muscle strength and tone, is evident in my daily activities. I highly recommend Antonella for positive and visible results. She is undeniably a remarkable Pilates Instructor. Tina St Albans

Antonella has been my Pilates instructor for many years now. She is the best . All her classes are well organised and each class is so different from each other. I love the variety of exercises , they challenge you in different areas of your body. I can highly recommend Antonella .

Antonella teaches inspiring motivational classes. She challenges you every time, amazingly each and every class is different ensuring you are always working different muscle groups. I don't think there is a better teacher than Antonella, she puts so much planning into each class I feel lucky to enjoy the benefits of her exceptional experience! I look forward to every class knowing I will have worked hard and I always feel great afterwards. Antonella has a wealth of Pilates expertise to share, a truly great teacher.

I have been doing Antonella’s Pilates once or twice a week at a local leisure centre for about 5 years. I find the classes very varied and challenging, so it is never boring. I have got stronger which really helps keep me injury free as a late-starter runner and cyclist. After every single class my body feels looser and I have had total resolution of an ongoing hip niggle during one recent class.

I've attended Antonella's classes for over 8 years - both face to face and via Zoom over the last year. The classes are stretching but thoroughly enjoyable. They are very well planned and each class is different. Antonella tailors the class to the needs and ability of all members of the group, making sure that we are exercising correctly so that we get the benefits without the risk of injury. Thanks to Antonella my fitness has greatly improved and exercise is now a regular part of my life.

I've been to Antonella's Pilates classes for more than 8 years, and I love the variety, as no class is ever the same, and even after this amount of time she manages to come up with new exercises that I've never done before. Antonella is very precise in her instructions, so that the change from classroom to Zoom was an easy transition. She's highly professional, knowledgeable about the body, and an outstanding teacher!

I just love Antonella’s classes. They have helped to keep me fit and sane during the last strange year. Her classes are always well planned and challenging but Antonella does give levels so you can adapt movements to your own level. I particularly like the way that she is rigorous in making sure that we stretch after having used muscles. Classes are never boring and no two are ever the same. In case you think that online classes mean that the teacher won’t see what you’re doing I can assure you this is not the case with Antonella. She never misses a thing so you’re in safe hands. Antonella is both professional and fun.

Over 10 years ago I started Antonella's Heartbeats classes after a heart operation. I was immediately made to feel welcome and was impressed by the friendly atmosphere of the classes. I have recently attended her pilates classes and the senior pilates sessions on Zoom. Antonella pays a lot of attention to detail, explains the moves well and the reason for them with a great deal of expertise. She is remarkably good at monitoring individuals and picking up mistakes. The tough body conditioning classes are very well planned. Antonella puts in a lot of effort to make sure each class is different to keep them interesting. I therefore thoroughly recommend her classes to anyone feeling they need toning up or improving their fitness.

Antonella’s classes are amazing. I’ve followed her classes for the last 7/8 years and can honestly say I’ve never done the same class twice. Antonella is probably the most forward-thinking Pilates teacher I’ve ever followed over the last 25 years - she has great pride in her work and is always looking for new exercises for us. She has a large group of followers, not surprisingly, and truly deserves the success she now has.

Amazing Pilates with Antonella! I have been attending Antonella's classes for over 10 years now - currently on Zoom during the Pandemic. I can honestly say that I enjoy the good health I do because of her classes. She is an inspirational instructor who always gives several levels for each movement, so her classes are suitable for all. I have improved posture, strength and flexibility by attending her classes weekly. Highly recommended.
