Map Stores held onto my money for over two weeks, never shipped the item I paid for, and, after I threatened to refund the order via PayPal, they refunded me anyway without extending an apology. Rubbish experience and a waste of time.

I ordered 24 framed prints from Map Stores. The quality of the posters and framing exceeded expectations. The customer service from the beginning to delivery was excellent as they kept in touch throughout the process. I highly recommend Map Stores. Map Stores is one of my favourite independent home stores. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I always get inspired when I visit.

Map Stores understand what their customers want and always provide a unique selection of products from plant pots, crockery and candle holders to very special cushions and textiles. Their shop is beautiful and feels like a gallery to wander around. It generally provides a fairly neutral palette which suits my home perfectly and there is also lots of choice for special gifts. They’ll always wrap things with care and style.I love this shop.
