I recently ordered 10 Shape Lights and 10 Dartington Solar Lights from SolarCentre. This was the first time I had used the company. The experience has been very positive. The lights themselves are excellent, and I would highly recommend them. When they arrived (on time, I should add), one of the Dartington lights had a faulty solar panel. I liaised with the customer service team online, they e-mailed over a pre-paid returns label, and then sent a replacement without any fuss. I would definitely buy from the business again.

We bought a Truro Solar Motion Light to help us find the keyhole in our back door on dark nights. It's proved to be perfect for this task. It was easy to install and illuminates the door well. I was worried that it would not charge enough during the darker winter months, but it is now the middle of December and is functioning well..

Have purchased lights from solar center in the past recently purchased Dover solar Double pir 10/9/2023 so a quick review of this product was initial experience was a bit ify the switch to use to get the correct setting that you would choose for your use was not very good had to make several goes with the switch to get right setting and was weary of breaking switch as with most solar lights the switches are pretty poor quality as for the brightness it is very good the movable side lights have a mould shaped that traps a lot of rain water the screws that have been used are already corroding so they are not fit for outside use so was disappointed for the price should be better

The solar center are an amazing company.. there products are truly amazing.They are a company that strives for perfection in every way..I say this because I have purchased quite a few lights off solar center through there advertising campaign.. they keep in touch and send out discount code to buy further lights .. on the 6th of September 2023 I purchased 2gemini lights .. put up looked amazing..but within days one filled with water due to rain so stopped working... email sent to solar center with photos of light and details...solar center advisor Lina came straight back .. Today is the 20th September 2023 .new Gemini lights received by the post office today...Thank you so much for your prompt customer service.. Excellent service..

We've had their festoon lights and shape lights in our garden for a couple of years now. Still work as well as the day we got them-even work through the winter. Had an issue with a wall light which was replaced immediately. Great customer service from a great company. Highly recommended!

We have received 2 products from the Solar Centre a string of lights and some step lights. They give a lovely impression in the garden. The string lights are quite robust and give a warm white glow. The step lights are a brighter white they are better than others we have tried and give a whiter light for good light to steps or down light on fence. One wasn’t working on arrival - it appeared to be the switch but it was quickly replaced with a new box by Solar Centre.

During July I purchased from The Solar Centre 2 sets of 4 Atlas Solar spotlights plus 2 single Chiron Solar spotlights in order to highlight the animal statuary on top of our pond - an Otter, a Gorilla, a Tiger, and an Elephant. Our house and terrace is 25 metres away from the pond so 10 spotlights were needed in total to achieve best lighting effect. Many thanks to Nicole and other members of team at The Solar Centre for their wonderful service and answering my various queries in detail, which enabled me to purchase the most suitable spotlights for my particular needs. I will not hesitate to use The Solar Centre again.

I have bought many items from The Solar Centre for years, including fairy lights, post lights and security lights and have always found them to be efficient, having prompt delivery and professional in dealing with any rare problems. This weekend I bought the Madison Solar Strip Lights - White 200 LEDs for some African metal artwork to go on the patio wall. The result is even better than I’d hoped for - I’m absolutely delighted.

I have been a customer of the Solar Centre for years and years and I just love their vast selection - the quality of their products is really good and reflected in the price. The solar panels are neat and discrete, and the battery packs are easy to remove from the panel should you need to recharge/boost due to lack of UV light - and - what I love most is they are charged by a USB - SIMPLE!!! - I have never needed to buy a battery for the battery pack unlike other products I have … Today I have needed to contact customer service and they are prompt in responding and have resolved the issue for me immediately… At the moment I have over 1,000 fairy lights, in my back garden and just recently purchased 6 x multi coloured festoon lights…. I love the fact that these have a remote control too! I also have the mood shaped lighting too! I’M ADDICTED!
