Both my daughters had ortho treatment at Harpenden Orthodontics Practice. I am extremely happy with the care they have been offered, professionalism and attention to detail. They have also been flexible with the appointments, so I would highly like to recommend to anyone looking to have straight teeth.

I literally just had to walk out after the second time coming here with my son. The first time I went in for my son to get his braces and people/kids came in after me and my son. These people was white and yet several of them went before us while we are waiting for about 30min. Yet again the same today our second appointment and yet no braces. My son has had time off school, wasted Uber money to get here after work and I work night shifts so should be sleeping. Bloody useless that place is and racist, I just said to them I don’t want my son to be seen here and walked out. If you are black expect white people to be seen before you and rude staff with attitude.

Very professional, patient, understanding and great orthodontists. I've been a nervous patient but all of the staff here are polite, professional and very good at their jobs. I'm very grateful for the treatment I've received :)

Thank you to Dr Noor Al-Mansoori and her amazing team for looking after me at Harpenden Orthodontics. The practice has a very kind and welcoming team who ensure you are looked after and feeling comfortable at all times. Dr Noor’s attention to detail is unmatched and she has been super patient with me considering that I am a dentist myself too and rather hard to please being a perfectionist! I am very pleased with my Invisalign treatment with Dr Noor and genuinely can not stop smiling! Thank you to Hannah for the super quick and comfortable iTero scans and to Mel for showing me how to use dental monitoring which I really enjoyed being on in the process. It was even rather sad to have to finally come to the end of the treatment as you get so used to seeing everyone and it almost starts to feel like you are hanging out with a bunch of friends! Noor was our orthodontist for the 21 months my daughter had her braces. The service was outstanding, Noor always made Mariella feel comfortable, was always on time, greeted us with a bubbly positive reception and was extremely professional. Fantastic experience from the ladies on front reception to all the lovely orthodontists and assistants it’s a really wonderful experience for my 14 year old. Lots and lots of teens and adults come here and you feel very relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. The treatment plan is talked through and the orthodontists are extremely professional. We will miss coming here when the braces come off :)

Doctor Noor was absolutely brilliant! She was so friendly, reassuring and informative and she made sure I received the very best care and treatment. The entire process was super easy and professional and she was caring and very meticulous with her work. She is very knowledgeable and has given me a beautiful, straight smile. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would 100% recommend her if you are considering getting braces.
