I have been seeing many reflexologists over the years. However, I have never come across a reflexologist like Kate. She offers much more than reflexology. In a room that feels like a sanctuary she takes great care to know how I am and adjusts the treatment accordingly every time I visit her. Then she makes sure that I am comfortable and warm before the treatment starts. Even when I feel extremely stressed Kate manages to treat me in a way that allows me to switch off and let myself fall into the care of her extraordinary gift of looking after me with the help of reflexology. The most wonderful treatment and just what I needed after my first week in a new job. It was my first time having facial reflexology and I absolutely loved it. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and very refreshing after a tiring week. Kate's new treatment room is fabulous as are the delicious products and candles that she uses. Kate is so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her treatments.

I went to see Kate for help with my migraines. She was kind and friendly right from the start, with a warm welcome into her beautiful home. The treatment room is relaxing and calm as is Kate’s manner as she asked about what I needed from the treatment. She was very thorough without being invasive during the initial assessment and explained clearly what she felt I needed (and why!) and what she was going to do. The reflexology (both face and foot!) was gentle and relaxing using minimal pressure and very very precise manipulation. Kate uses the most beautiful balms and oils, all natural and the smell is just marvellous! The whole experience was luxurious and relaxing as well as helping with my headaches. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate.

Everything about my experience was positive, from the warm welcome into the room, the discussion at the beginning to find out my concerns and then the treatment itself which was blissful! A combination of little things created a really lovely environment which is so important, particularly for new clients. The room was spotless, it smelt absolutely beautiful thanks to the goregous choice of oils, and the music was really gentle and soothing. The blanket Kate offered was also so soft and warm - a small but important detail. Kate is very professional and clearly loves her job. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about the benefits of reflexology and I left the room really uplifted and keen to return. Kate's feedback at the end of my treatment was spot on. I can't recommend Kate and her services enough.

Kate is the most wonderful reflexologist. Her treatments are incredibly relaxing and the whole experience feels like a spa treatment with the all organic natural candles and oils she uses. The facial reflexology is especially lovely and really makes your skin glow. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

It’s the first time I have had reflexology and I’m so glad it was with Kate. She is warm, welcoming, professional, and very sensitive. I felt on cloud nine when I left after the session. I had no idea how restorative and de-stressing (foot) reflexology is. After the treatment he was completely accurate in her assessment regarding the areas of my body that are sensitive or needing attention. Truly enlightening Kate!
