ordered a roast dinner and it was delicious and amazing value for money. Lovely atmosphere, lovely owners and bar staff very helpful.,would highly recommend ,will definitely be visiting again .

Busy pub in Harpenden. Service was very slow, it took nearly an hour from ordering for our food to arrive. Despite the wait I did enjoy my meal and the staff were friendly but there weren't loads of people eating, so not really sure why the food took so long. The ceiling has twinkling lights which is very pretty and there is a covered/marquee area on the back of the pub for private parties etc. Smallish carpark right outside.

Absolutely perfect experience, Sarah catered for us with her usual friendly and professional way. Nothing was too much trouble, as usual, and despite being very busy the food came out quickly and piping hot. The cuts of meat were spectacular, we were amazed at the quality and especially quantity - cooked to perfection. Hand on my heart, this was one of the best roasts I have had and I encourage you to experience it for yourself. By the way, the amount we spent was grossly inflated by a boozy afternoon!

We had a lovely experience when booking last minute for a family birthday. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We booked for 12 adults and a toddler , nothing was to much trouble. They gave us a table in the outside covered area which is heated, none of us were cold. It's great for familys with little ones. The roast was really good, beef cooked to perfection, those that had the Gammon said it was really nice. The roast potatoes were really tasty and the veg was fresh and nicely cooked. We had a lovely afternoon/ evening, thank you Amble Inn. 😊

The Amble Inn is a great place to come - For food, drinks, live events, and even Karaoke / Discos - The staff are so friendly and very welcoming. The food is so good, we had the chicken wings and the chicken burger and it was so lovely ! Great range of drinks, and a LOVELY Pinot Blush ! Always a winner in my eyes ! (ha ha) The outside space has been transformed ! It's such a great place to visit ! I would highly recommend for everyone ! 🙂

Ordered off uber eats. Always sceptical of pubs that do delivery. Ordered pork belly bites, nachos, halloumi and chicken wings. Absolutely blown away. Everything was fresh, hot, tasty, massive portions for the price, lots of extras like dips, and offering £5 off on uber eats. Could charge alot more for their food as its delicious and will certainly be back

Super steak burger cooked fresh in the outside garden kitchen as I sat in the beer garden. Fast service and it tasted great! Highly recommend Parking: Plenty of parking out front. No issues finding a space. Depending on where you sit in the pub, can can see your car if you sit near a window. Kid-friendliness: Bouncy castle in the garden says it all!

Outstanding high quality food, expertly cooked The Sunday roast Sirlion beef just melts in your mouth, the roast spuds light and fluffy inside with a crisp outer, even the gravy is divine. I've also had one of their hand made beef burger it was so big and absolutely packed with flavour. I would recommend coming here to eat, you won't be left wanting The staff are so friendly and accommodating a real pleasure

A family run pub, warm friendly atmosphere. Team are very attentive. Their roast dinners are delicious 😋. I often pop in for a coffee ☕ after walking my dog. I highly recommend this pub.
